At Seiko Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Timepiece

  Place the watch back in its original Seiko presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the boxed watch into a shipping carton, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
